I am pretty sure that bilge pu.p switch is a momentary switch. I looked I to it a few years back and found out you have to hold the switch down to make the bilge work.

I am working on a way to bolt in a 148 OEM Kawasaki pump. With no glass mods. Yes the intake design is small. However I have ridden a 1100 x2 with a 148 kawi pump. It scooted. The intake is a bottle neck but the small pump really is the biggest issue .

on the third lump.. you could swap plug wires around and make your front cylinder have the retarded timing ? I thought they were a wasted spark system and they (OEM) fired even not on a power stroke.
