Super Jet Electrical problem - no start :(

Don't do it this way you damage the threads on stater solinoid. Your better off pulling the bullet connector off the the positive side of solinoid and touching it to the battery or hot side of the solinoid. If you have voltage and solinoid is good it will crank.

Plugs fine, but only one cylinder firing

Coils are almost never the problem. When it isn't a consistent miss or run issue. The stator is bad. Either the exc or pulse coil is going bad in the stator and not generating enough cap current for the coil to fire Also you can get the spark plug wires out of the stock 550 coil. The early...

    Flow Control Valve tuning question

Your second diagram would be better. Never t your inlet line like one suggested if you only have one cooling line. Stock cooling is not enough for a engine even slightly built. Just a pipe adds almost 20hp to stock engine. Horse power builds heat.

Ever had this happen with oil?

I have a news flash for all you who praise all these synthetics. There is not one synthetic on the market that has a complete molecule chain. The only two stroke oil that does is castor!! What does a complete chain mean, it means it will draw to heat not repel. You all wanna do a cheap easy...

Ever had this happen with oil?

The reason that happens is you get a batch of 100ll with de icing agent in it. Most oils will not mix with it. Not just a bean oil problem. What keeps the fuel from icing is also what allows oil to bind with the fuel. So your screwed. Always ask if they have de icing agents in there fuel...

TNT v2 free ride production pipe

Technically speaking yes it will hold more heat. Reality is very minor. But it will change the power slightly. Depending on how on the edge your setup is. You may never notice the difference Make sure they use good etching metal prep before you do or it won't stay on.

84mm bore on 61x top end???

I have done a few and I have had several customers bring them with the skirts broken off at the base as the 61x steps down. 62t has more meat on bottom of sleeves. I believe 83.5 is pushing limits for anything I will build with my name on it. There are heavy sleeves that don't have step cut...

I'm not always politically correct but we do our home work and try to make the best parts possible and take great pride in our performance. Keep in mind when you buy just the pipe from us your just buying one part to a puzzle and we can't make one pipe work best for every setup. So it's...

TNT v2 free ride production pipe

The jet size will change slightly from fresh to salt but very minimal. Here some tuning tips for V2/v3 pipe. First off always start big with pipe jets, you can be to cold many times but to hot only once 115 is good starting starting jet. Ignition timing is critical to pipe heat signature. The...

148 pump on stock 62t Cyl gonna be tricky to get the prop right. Pipe jet is critical. 100 sounds a bit small of a jet for your setup. Where did you start jet wise ? Without knowing where your timing is, squish, carb jetting, prop size, thrust nozzle size. I can't help you much.
