Be careful with these off-the-cuff piston clearance numbers. I was once told that a 90mm piston needs more room to grow than an 81mm piston. There's a formula they use to figure it out, but I don't know it.

Get a set of domes machined. I had a +6mm stroke that ran a .020" base gasket and the rest out the top of the cylinder. I was in a similar situation to you. Jetworks set it up for me and Art had said that a +6mm was the largest you could get away doing this with
Low speed jet in combination with the low speed adjuster. Skis that pull hard start easy. Primers are helpful when you take on water and need to get that thing fired or if the ski hasn’t been ran in awhile.
