That's the worst chatter I have seen (fretting?). Buried in an old thread on here, I think chuckie had mentioned putting a dab of 1211 (or loctite?) where the bearing meets the case to keep it from moving around. I did it on a set of cases that had the pins pushed out to make sure the oil holes...

The boards are not hard to ride. The hardest part is understanding how to operate it, charge batteries maintain, store, ect. There are a lot of little details that need to be paid attention to IMO. No one on this forum should have any trouble figuring it out, but it's a lot for the average...

swap the current flow on the armature or the field... not both. for the mechanically minded... cut the 2 wires that go to the brushes and solder in jumpers to make them go to the opposing side

I’ve been chasing an intermittent electrical issue on my favorite ski all year. Changed cdi, coil, gas, filters, check valve ect ect just praying it wasn’t a stator issue…. Turns out the hub was separating from the flywheel.
