I use to have the same problem. Had to clean everything with carb cleaner before putting it together and I switched to tbolts. Even then you could watch the coupler squeeze out as you tightened it down. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I only use trim for setup wakes. I don't use trim to flip. You can control how fast you rotate by how hard you pull the bars too. I do no trim off idle flips just pull harder Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

After everything cured I trimmed them up. Not too bad just one bubble I had to grind out. I was hoping this would stiffen them up more than it did. They still flex some when I pull on them. I used up most of my 14oz. Looks like after I lay down some 21oz on the tray I'll be putting the rest on...
