I wouldn't know if the 967 will compare to anything with those components. I've really only setup flatwater units and they made crazy power with fantastic reliability. 50 hours in my eyes is crazy talk for a blown engine. Doesn't surprise me at all. Ive got two seasons on my 10 mil ADR without a...
So I’m not the only one in the boat. I suspected it was from the excessive vibration. Thought it would go better switching from rhaas mounts to oem last year but guess not. I have maybe 40 gallons through this new ski and on my 4th set of oem needles.

Off topic, but does anyone else have premature n/s failure on these high compression high strung engine setups? My comp ski goes from clean popping to dirty pop in 3-4 rides, but i can run an oem carb set on a 701 for years?
I see you'll be through tahoe during the week, If that changes and you find yourself past tahoe on the weekend, let me know our local lake might actually be on your way through the valley. Search New Hogan Lake in Valley Springs
After shipping ya, what $7-$8? I usually buy bulk so I break shipping down per item. I calculated if I was to purchase an 8 pin plug M/F to be about $15 parts + shipping. So not far off

It’s not a kit, it’s a brain from what I understand. And I haven’t been in the market for a brain, couldn’t be happier with what I have currently. But looks like it is working for everyone and soaking up all the 760 stuff on eBay. Good read also [emoji106]

Check out ATC trailers. I’ve personally been in a fully loaded model and the quality is far better than any travel/enclosed trailer I’ve seen. Full aluminum construction too. Real pricey though but probably the last trailer you’d ever buy

I honestly do not do anything special to my carbon hulls. I treat every build the same. Never had an issue with batteries or electronics in carbon hulls to be honest
I use the DT connectors (like yours) on most oem stuff like you have done in your pictures... I agree makes future repairs way easier. On our total loss systems we use a Miniaturized version of the DT. Much smaller terminals and much smaller body. Main reason is the sensor wires are 20 gauge so...
Perfect How-To @mikesx. I mainly get my terminals/housings/wedges in bulk and just found that Digikey has a much lower price, although I have ordered from the same place as you with very quick shipping and service. For a long time I did prefer the solid terminals and also have the same tools you...
I could throw a sales pitch on you, but a few people on this forum would disapprove and this thread would go to hell. With that being said, I highly recommend Philip Clemmons from P&P Performance for your MSD needs. He is the only person I would trust to setup a MSD system if I owned one
