Last April, I rode in shorts/shirt on Friday & Sunday. Needed a wet suit saturday b/c temps dipped into upper 60's a bit.

There is alot of other activities around town too including a water park & aquarium close by.

Definitely a good wide open spot to ride too.

I've never been to Wilmington, but I have heard it is comparable surf to VB. Whatever sight is chosen, it must be early to make sure the proper permits are obtained if needed. What dates are being thrown around?
