I just bought some dual carbs for my 650 x2 and wanted to know if they will be worth the trouble. I also bought reed boosters and wanted to know how these will affect me?
I wanted to know the pros and cons to dual carbs on an x2. I've heard that they add a lot off horsepower and response, and I've also heard that they didn't add very much mph and are hard to tune. Any help? I also bought reed boosters.

I also did some foam and shaved some more misc. weight. I am going to try to do this with minimal resin and bondo. I am trying to loose more weight than I cut off. I cut a lot off the inside of the hood.
So I moved the battery under the seat. I took the battery out of my motorcycle, it almost fit without much modification. Two cables inserted through the fire wall. The new battery is half the weight as the old one. Here is a link to one for $28...
