Another vote for Xmetal. Have it on my ski and my wife's. I just spray the coupler with WD40 before the ride and never have a problem.

Glad you got it back. Looks like that surf/ocean floor was pretty brutal. I know how well tigercrafts are built so for that to happen took a lot of force.
