... Mine was ''plug and play '' ?? I say knock yours back apart and measure it . At this point it can only be one of two things either your not all the way in the pump with the bearings or the pump is machined wrong .... im betting on the first one !

thats one of the last mods to be messing with ..imo, untill other mods are in place .... :)

when ever you install bearings like this from 2 sides you need to give the pump casing or the shaft itself a sharp ''RAP'' with a hammer after your done . Believe it or not I have installed hundreds of bearings over the years and this works every time . You will notice a huge difference after...

those are one off spacers I made for myself . However when I install my new eng package and carbs Im going to use this set up from thrust , I know of one person who is using them on his 5-mill stroker with 49 full specs and likes them very much...

I removed the hard plastic ankle bruisers and installed reinforced flexible rubber grabs '' similar to a 1'' wide fan belt on a car '' , I only use them for picking up stranded riders , I dont like them grabing my ankles or i would not have them at all .
