The power valves are machined to each application to have a good fit.

It's stock 94mm bore - and the pw clearance were way too big, so DASA has delivered two new power valves so they can be matched to the new sleeves/bore/cylinder. I've bin told that the exhaust ports were unfinished, and the edges were too sharp. With a 94mm piston, the cylinder to piston...

The reason why these skies are so light weight compared to other fiberglass skies, cheap to ship and buy, is probably because they are half the size of a regular ski.. Just a heads up, pictures can be missleading. ;)

I have to giggle a little about this!! You say DASA build engine? :p Did it look something like this perhaps? Was it due to a pin failure that the bearings were fused together? Did you have lots of vibrations? And your engine looks something like this? This was a DASA assembled...

I Will check up on jetting - kyle offered me a replacement set of domes free of charge to rule out loose thread tap on the dome. Will also check squish ASAP. Will post when there's any news. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Too many failed flip attempts may be the cause of the water ingestion, combined with a broken o-ring on the front dome.. That's changed now, but still the same issue. The engine is straight out of Thrust´s workshop, no modifications of any kind done "at home", so I dont think there's a squish...
