Its the gangsta lean. Light pipe on the left and heavy battery on the right. The stock pipe sort of balances it since its heavy. My lean went away when I installed a Lipo battery.

Same. I used a SS 2.25 ID tube and it stays under the tray the whole way, I have a wide tray so I did not have the room to route it in the stock location.

This is for a lay down pipe. The waterbox is moved to the battery box location on a superjet since the lay down pipe wraps around. I cant imagine it would work since its a non standard location for any ski.

I had a similar issue albeit with a lot less water in the tray last year. I weighed about 350 on mine and it did porpoise quite a bit. I put a riva groovy extended plate on it and a single shim and it helped dramatically.

150 would be about right if he is using the short shank on the compression tester. You need to use the length that corresponds with the plug length. AM heads use ES (extended shaft) plugs, if you use the short shaft you get an incorrect reading about 20 psi low due to the added volume.
