    New design TNT pipe

I've got a local place that laser cuts fairly cheap as well. I just send them the CAD files and they give me a quote for 1/5/10/15+ sets. From the work I've had them do, I would estimate that it would likely cost around $50-80 per pipe, including the material. They even deburr the parts. I'd...

New 3/5 Gallon Tanks for TNT, RRP, PFP & B-pipe

The next batch will use these: http://www.pro-werks.com/partdetail/C74-775/ I know the flush Jaz-style caps are kind of the industry standard, but they are just too much of a pain in the ass and a quality weak spot. I've tried several different manufacturers and haven't been impressed with one...

TPE MOTOR SETUP's - list your package

I just injected the front end of the pipe. The stinger just has the flow control valve on it turned down enough to keep the waterbox nice and hot.

TPE MOTOR SETUP's - list your package

I tried water injecting my PFP last night at the manifold and DAMN did it make a difference! Used a Watcon injection fitting with a #70 jet, no water going through the jacket. It felt like a much more powerful B-pipe. I'm going to play around with the jet sizes, but I think the 70 is pretty...

    EPIC scupper sunk my ski

You also have to account for the amount of water that the metal itself will displace. That 4 lb piece of metal might only weigh 2 lbs underwater.

New 3/5 Gallon Tanks for TNT, RRP, PFP & B-pipe

Excellent, could you post or send me a pic when it is assembled? I think I can make a change to the model that will give it more clearance without reducing capacity.

    New design TNT pipe

If those two pipes can easily cause a motor to hydrolock, why haven't we heard about it yet? I would think with the large number of pipes out there that the issue would have been brought to light by now...

I've got a couple welded up so they can be dropped off at the powdercoater tomorrow. Should have the rest of them welded up and assembled early this week.

I might be slipping the prop. I don't think the pipe is leaking, it is a newer style and everything looked perfect when I got it. I'll swap in a 15/22 and give it a shot.

That was my initial impression yes. Probably a tuning issue that needs to be resolved. Going to pop my carbs off and double check everything this week.

Well I got a great deal on a newer style PFP so I swapped out the B-pipe on my 1105. I was figuring I would lose some bottom end but gain quite a bit up top, but that wasn't the case! Just lost bottom end but felt about the same up top. I didn't change my jetting from my B-pipe, just opened up...

    Can I save this cylinder?

Go buy a set of easy-outs for like $20-30. Drill a hole into the stud and insert easy-out, then remove. It's pretty easy usually, might want to put some heat into it too.
