Personally I would keep going up on the jetting before messing with the pop off but I am no pro so take what I say with a grain of salt. I’d try a 127.5 pilot
I used some 2 1/4 hex wood screws. The nice kind that don't split the wood. I also put snowmobile hi fax on top of the 2x4. It makes it very easy to slide off onto the hitch hauler. I also put a shelf on the bottom that comes in pretty handy. If I have time I'll try to snap a picture.
