Make sure to sand the heck outta that hull with higher grits, I learned the hard way...started with 80, went to 220 then 400 but I missed a few little scratches left from the 80 here and there, couldnt really tell until I really looked hard (in the light at diff angles...and my paint is black...

^Yeah thats the kit, and yeah yesterday I was told it would make it all the way around too so I just bought the HT kit in blue camo, cant wait to install it!!

Yeah I know I can paint them but it will chip easy...any yeah im going to turf most of the rails but does the HT freestyle kit without cutouts go all the way around the ski? it looks like it just goes on the sides and leaves the rear and front bumpers exposed...anybody have any input?

Nice ski! I hear there are imperfections with alot of AM hulls and who knows what happened in shipping...I just want to know how a new ignition system is fried? Are you sure it isnt a bad connection somewhere? Not like I know a whole lot about TL but sometimes it helps just to trouble shoot it...

I was going to make an extra 650 hull I had into a beach cooler (cut it after the engine compartment and put rollers under the back..) then realized how heavy that would be and difficult to drag to my beach spot so ended up giving it away to a guy doing a conversion ski..

Nice progress, I feel like everytime I check your thread it motivates me to keep working on my 750! haha I am at about the same point as you, I foamed/fiberglass reinforced the hull at its known weak points and just painted the bottom white, both handlepoles and brackets are painted flat black...

Thanks guys I have heard both sides also, my tuning guy said it's fine with a stock exhaust or RnD exhaust but not a factory pipe...he also reminded me engines aren't meant to be held at wide open for more than a short time...which I'm sure all of us hold em wide open for longer than that on...
