Whos done one, what tips and advise do you have and what silicone did you use/did you like the result? Was thinking of using pool gap sealer, the real soft stuff. Might just pour in and compress enough without sitting the hood on while it cures.

Have you ridden the 50cal hull yet? It's a more than capable ski. Super stable but very nimble. It's such a fun ski to ride. Throw a 997cc motor into the mix and damn. If your ever close to Philadelphia you can take a spin on mine with an 820 5mil
Not sure how different the reaper bottom deck is compared to a 50cal/footrocket but my 50cal is awesome. It does what i want when i want. I really want to ride a reaper, if its at all close they should really charge
