The manufacturer can only issue titles when they are fully built turn key skis by the manufacturer. Krash will soon have a ready to ride fully krash manufactured freestyle flatwater hull featuring the 997 motor. Pennsylvania was really easy to get it titled as a "home built" but you cant try...
Needle and seat stuck open?? Remove and inspect carb. Also in reference to your hood, did you adjust your hood latch pin? I set mine so that I have to push down on the hood with a degree of force to get the pin in place. This way I am firmly compressing the seals together in a uniform fashion...
I think he just started offering or at least advertising the service. Taper bores and modifies your 38s, cuts that big blob out of the throat. Seems like a nice cheap fuel sipping upgrade for a "smaller" motor
Looking at your picture you might have the timing a bit off. The arrow on the tab is in the center so id try to align the mark on the stator with an rough eyeball of the tab center
You may want to double check your seal at the pins by the tray. Might be making a gap after crankng that wing nut down. I just set my pin so I have to really push the hood down to latch the pin...
How easy is it to bolt the pump in? You may not be getting an adequate pump to shoe seal. Also is the midshaft housing silicones to the bulkhead? That can suck air too. Is your pump sealed up nicely to prevent sucking air? Did you silicone the piece that fills the dead space of the intake grate...
Scuppers sink ships! I plugged mine off and bilge does it all as long as the battery lasts. Also did you have the splash guard over the coupler? With out That the coupler will throw water up and into your carbs for sure
Finally finished. Looks rough unpainted but its gonna get covered in padding...used 4 layers 10oz kevlar cloth i had laying around and sand bagged it. Who vaccume bags any more. Sand is where its at to get kevlar to lay flat
I purchased a stage 1 50cal and although had some issues come up it was nothing that made me say this is crap. The graphics, clear coat are very "delicate" but the problems we are all running into are the reasons it costs so much to buy a pre built and assembled hull. This ski rides so great...
I did and the plate, in my hull, was very thick. Went real smooth just made sure to stay in the aluminum...If those plates were shorter, closer to the motor, the limited slip tank would fit perfectly. I'm gonna cut the front half off those inserts and re glass to get my tank fitment more snug
Had a huge New Years open house a few years ago, band in the basement and full drum kit. This girl came over at like 5am all tweaked out, we woke up later to 10 contractor bags of trash in the garage. I think her name was Adrianne, I could try and find her for you.
