You cannot buy just a stator pick up.
You can buy a junk stator and just use the pick up
I have done that before as I have a pick up get loose and rub on flywheel.
I've used 750 electrics for years and it's usually a coil or stator going bad when you run 1 on cylinder
What kind of light weight flywheel are you using?
Does it have 2 lobes or 4?
You cannot not find new ski's in the north east, and never below msrp.
I called Yamaha because the ski I ordered got cancelled and they told me they cancelled 30% of watercrafts this year.
Yamaha is doing a $300 surcharge
Some dealers are tacking on huge freight and prep charges.
It's a crazy...
The 550 reed motors run much smooth than the piston port motors. I like still own and like both of them.
The old saying is "if you can ride a 550 you can ride anything"
That saying can't be more true. Riding a 550 well takes balance and skill you can't just buy.
My 1st new bike in over 20 years
I bought a State Klunker for my beach cruiser. Needed something to ride with my girlfriend and kids.
This Bike is super fun to ride. Put a bag, beer holder and few little trick parts to make it my own.
Do not use the MSD enhancer and the advance plate together, it will be too much timing advance
You burnted a hole in the piston from too much load on the motor- either by too high of compression, too much timing or too steep a pitch prop or all of it together.
That's a Bruiser 6x6 conversion. Guy I know use to work for them. They are based out of Florida.
I've seen them out at SEMA, quality builds.
