Henry was very warm yesterday. I didn't have any way to measure temp, but i'd say it was low 70's-ish! Very shallow.

Due to low water at Lake Meredith, I am moving everything to Lake Henry (just north of Meredith - MAP LINK IS UPDATED). Water is low there too, but rideable. For anyone planning on coming from a long distance - I don't blame you if you want to skip it all together... I will be there Sunday...

I'm definitely going to look at it this weekend. I texted a few people last night (including @JHD - thanks!) and it sounds like the water level is coming up still. Best situation would be that the level comes up and the ramp is still closed. Like he said, we'd have the lake to ourselves...

Damn... Really? That doesn't make any sense. We have plenty of water everywhere and they have been getting rain out east. I still want to check it out this weekend. i know a couple guys going out there on friday or saturday. They will let me know for sure.

I realize it is in the same weekend. That was by accident, but on the plus side I hoped it would maybe lessen the crowd at lake Meredith. NO WAY would I want to try it at Pueblo. The meet and greet will make it a disaster. Not to mention the ridiculous mussel inspections and boat ramp loading...

Make sure you only use one thin, half coat of Hydro-Turf glue in your tray. Have you felt how heavy a quart of that stuff is??? Maybe skip the underpadding too, less weight and less glue that way. @KTM434 :p

Just a quick note - the Pismo ride might be delayed a week or 2 after finals this time (due to conflict with another event), so keep an eye on the Pismo Freeride forum before making plans that involve that part of your journey... So much to see from Vegas to the west coast - enjoy!
