Check Valve could Be Backwards honestly due to the me replacing all the fuel lines with clear blue poly.... Gas filter isn't clogged because I replaced it with a new OEM one. Maybe give the stock air box a try your saying ?

What evidence did you come up with when you found that problem that is was your check valve? I adjusted the low speed numerous times and am still at the drawing board. I know somebody had to have this same problem and can be corrected.
