I always wondered about the E-TEC also, we have 2 800 summits and the 160+ hp would be sweet in a jetski.

The pole bushing are probably sloppy and that will cause rub
The hood may not be centered on the hull
That bracket is siliconed on there is why it won't move
Thanks everybody for the advice but it looks like I won't be bringing the ski to low elevation to ride this weekend. We weren't able to get schedules and timing to work out this time.
I have my engine set up for 180psi at my altitude 7800' (yes 7800 ft) and wanted to ride my ski at 1000' this weekend.
I already planned on rejeting but just thinking about the compression too. Did the math and unless im wrong I would be in 225-230 neiborhood.

Was it running good before you put on the factory pipe?
If you just put on a 1/2 pipe there is a gasket that has to be changed to let water cool the pipe
RHASS adapter should work fine, the backwards exhaust would be the only tricky part, When I collect enough parts I want to put one of Matts HPE strokers in my SC
