I have done it and I wouldn't recommend it. The first time we gassed it up we dripped one drop of gas on it and it bubbled up and started pealing. Also where the pole closes down on the hood the pole contacted it just a little and it scuffed it. It started pealing there too.

What is castor 927. I bought like 6 gallons of it last year and use it for everything, but when I finish my engine build should I use it or something else during break in. If something else, what would you recommend?
The straight bars I've tried always make me feel like my wrists are turned in to much I guess I prefer the 4 degree bars. Do the riser bars have any angle to them?
I don't know I'm learning. But eventually it will be swapped onto a shorter hull. You don't think even with trim and a big wake I can get the hull around?
