Update - Rode the ski again with the short Ride plate / Rear Sponsons removed. This is the ideal setup for me over the medium plate. The ski is so much more playful and the setup wake is insane!!!! I guess going a little shorter allows the hull to drop into the water more pushing a bigger...

Use a spray bar pointed directly with the direction of the exhaust flow.
I used Dremel with a 80 then 120 flapper on the whole manifold before moving to the Mothers. It was a few hours work but shines nice now.
