That may have been my super fast rolls on Thursday afternoon. Not discrediting Brian but I was riding it and everyone tells me my rolls are tight. I wish know how to open them up.
Brian thanks for letting me ride her some. I liked it a lot. Wish you weren't so fast to rinse on Sat. Would...

First put a nut on the bolt. Make your cut a little long either with a hack saw or cut off wheel. Then on a bench grinder, grind a taper on the end you cut, kind of a bull nose if you know what I mean. What that does is take off the damage from cutting and put it below the Outside diamater...
6mm X 1.0. Just take long stainless bolts and cut the heads off. That way you can dial in the lengh you would like and the stud will be bottomed out in the hole in the case. Full ingaugement.
Its not just the motor. Its the whole set up. If you buy the motor and NOT spend the money on all the bolt on parts you won't be happy with the amount of money you spent on the short block.

Had to pump this. It was a great day. Surf is going to be that good this weekend.
Saturday
