    A/m hull questions

Yes. Low pitch prop in a mag pump. Lots of compression. It'll be a lot of fun.

    Plant Based Diets

There is a great book on this topic called "Eat right for your Blood Type" Its very very interesting and goes right along with what OCD is saying. Your blood type relates to your ancestry all the way back to the beginning of time and how those people ate. Hunter's vs Farmers etc etc etc. My...

dont allow yourself to get close to 50

I'm not even 40 and sweets and alcohol are slaying me in the weight dept... of course stress adds to weight, and i'm pretty sure I eat sweets and drink B/C of stress. Yay... You old guys rock BTW. @skinnyman and Mark (another guy from our group who is old but refuses to act like it) are...

is a WDK ROK and ROK-R the same?

I know this isn't what the OP was asking for. But since the discussion turned toward the application of each hull... Yes the ROK is a great freeride hull, superb for chasing boats. It has a SXR-esque bottom deck/ chine lay out which makes it handle and hook really well. Its long and...

is a WDK ROK and ROK-R the same?

We have guy in our crew who's over 50, rides a glass ROK with a snappy 770cc motor on TL, mag pump etc. He's flipping it off yacht wakes. I have pics somewhere.

    My fixed steer FX1

Cool ski, i'd seen pics floating around on FB. Sticker on the hood might be my favorite sticker ever. Looks like you're using a mig with a spool gun to weld that aluminum?

Haha the X gets busy in the winter.... @Roseand I don't spend anywhere near the amount of time on here that I used to, so I don't have any idea what happened to make you feel like everyone's against you or whatever this river of tears and sorrow you're crying is about. But when I did, I tried...

    Holla....

Not making excuses, but mine was one of the first 5-6 made. Others have lighter hulls than mine that have held up. Also mine has endured 3 seasons of abuse. Not that 3 seasons is normal MTBF just sayin its not a brand new hull. I appreciate the support. It's a good hull TBH. I'm resolving this...

    Holla....

Cool. Yeah all I've done is sand off the paint and primer exposing the first layer of composite in the chine, which is a thin layer of carbon. That should be sufficient texture for the resin to bite into. I figure beefing up those two chines gives the rest of the bottom deck more strength...

    Holla....

What's going on there? Pretty sure I know who that hull belongs or belonged to. ;) I'm not grinding down the entire bottom like that, but I am doing the length of the chine on both sides.

    Holla....

I was wondering if anyone had even watched this. DING DING DING So yeah, I had a crack right along that glob of resin and cabosil. I started grinding to repair it, and found the glob. I was like Once i realized the resin/cabosil was used to bond the bulkhead it started to make a...
