This one doesn't porpoise too bad, I'm actually selling it right now she wasn't real fond of it so it's going down the road.

I've got a pair of carbs that came off of a ported 6m6. Bought this ski for extra parts I personally never ran it. The motor had a R&D dual intake mani with what I was told were dual 44's. Upon removing the carbs and checking the bases with my micrometer I came out with one 44mm and one what...
So last Sunday I picked up a blaster 2 for my wife so I can hopefully get her more involved in the sport since I pretty much live on the water in summer. It's a 1996 waveblaster 2 that is completely stock. Even still has the oil injection (will be blocking off asap). Best of all I picked this...
I ride with my brother and one other guy but that's about it. I ran into a guy that is building eme micro with a 1100 in bozeman.

Looking to see if there are any Montana riders on here. I'm down in the flathead valley and there is hardly anyone in the stand up world here. It would be fun to get a group together and go out and rip around.

I cut out the old plates and cut them down and 're-tapped the threads. Then I epoxied them back down and did two layers of s-glass over the top.

Sorry I haven't posted much on the progress. Everything has been glasses over and is really solid now. Motor went back in last Saturday and I I have put 1 ride on it and so far no hiccups. Now I just need to do a little body work this winter to get it looking nice again. I'm kinda leaning...
Last night I epoxied down the mounts after I mocked the motor back up in the hull. My next issue is when I glass over the plates how do I keep resin from getting in the threads? I'm thinking if I fill up the threads with grease the resin won't stick in there and I can just drill through the...
So I got some more done over the weekend. I got the mounts cut and set the motor back in a realized there wasn't enough surface area to glue them back down. I took some two part foam and built up the low spots and started to glass over them. Hopefully tonight I will be able to glue the mounts...
The loctite stuff I got will adhere underwater as well. I looked over your thread and I'm gonna kinda mimic what you did to fix mine.
Got one of the mounting plates cut down at work this morning. 3 to go!
