Big day today!! This awesome chargers showed up. My plan is to have two WPS lithium batteries and to switch them out as needed and to charge them with this badass charger!!
Thank god someone posted something positive! I just spent six months building mine and I'm ready to hit the water. I was about ready to slit my wrists with all this!!

I ve been at work all day but after some thought I'm gonna run through all my switches with MSD Tech Support in the morning to make sure I'm not doin something dumb. That seems to me to be the most logical after the troubleshooting I did last night.

The coils are labeled which side to ground. You can't screw it up. Air gap must be right because the LED is picking them up. Lanyard is on but I do think the issue is my switch wiring. My current question is can the start switch allow the relay to open to send power to the starter but still...
I thought I should update this post. First many people on this website will say that these types of negative posts won't help your cause. I can see their point of view but I can tell you I received my pole shortly after this was posted. Steve really doesn't intend to screw anyone over but as...
Ok I know there are plenty of posts on here about this but I didn't see the answers I needed so here it is again. My stuff is new and I followed the instructions when installing it (not really that hard after doing it once). I don't have any spark when turning the motor over by hand. I...
Well a couple steps forward and one back. Never checked spark on my TL until today because I waited to wire the switch once the pole was mounted. I followed the instructions to the tee. Everything went smooth but today no spark. Bummed cause everything was tied up nicely and I took it all...
23 1/2" from center of front bolt hole and 8" diameter at the largest section which is almost straight out from the manifold. It just slightly reduces around the bend to about 7". Hope that helps.
Yeah I thought about that but was a little concerned about charging my WPS LiPo in the ski. They seem a little more unstable than the Lithium Phosphate type. I was also considering the quick dis-connects so at the least I don't have to unscrew the terminals each time.
Holy crap it works!!!! I was getting ready to finish my start/stop switch wiring and figured I should at least try out my work to see if the motor would even turn over. Like I said holy crap it worked!! I installed everything including the MSD TL myself (with a little help from my buddy...
Thanks. I can't wait either! Needs a ride plate still and some trim but gettin close! Two things I wish I would have shown more of are the TL and the battery placement. Good stuff that I learned that some guys can learn from my troubles. I may add that stuff later.

I agree the turf looks nice but I'm not sure how long it will stay looking nice. It's basically white and seems fragile. I guess I will find out here soon. I need more for the pole pad and the chin pad and was just looking and it looks like it is about $80 a sheet. Would be cool to be able...
I got a bunch done over the last few days but it kinda seems like a waste to post this stuff with no more Chans being sold for now anyways. But I'll continue anyways. I ordered the missing parts to my pole from X-Scream. Cost about $70 bucks or so but I can't wait around. I need that bracket...
I just picked some up at Home Depot and they will work great. I wish I had the backing plate so I could mount this thing!

I'm guessing it was taken off for paint and after 27 weeks it is probably sitting in a corner of Steve's shop. A little bit of a bummer but I'm hoping X-Scream will take care of me for a reasonable price.
Well well well…..looked what showed up!! It took 27 weeks but here it is. It's missing a few parts (breather tubes and backing plate) but compared to where I was at last week I couldn't be happier! I will call X-Scream for the backing plate and hoses but if anyone has suggestions for...
