Thanks, that's all I needed to know. I will fill them again if they are supposed to be plugged up anyway. The carbs are actually in pretty good shape. Just some light corrosion that will come out without much work.

Yeah will do. I inspected all the check valves, and there aren't any creases or anything. The PO didn't install the filters so I will replace those along with anything else that could be problematic.
