    jetting questions

Not to jack, but has anyone figured this out for the 44's? I have the same question for both 44's and 46's. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

    RIVA Race Engine Advice

This motor had a stock crank with rods that measure 125mm from center to center. Total cylinder height is 115mm.

    Glass and gelcoat compatability

Good news is I only used Poly everything, so as to have any weird reactions. The part that I gel-coated had a minor repair on the edges done by me with poly resin. It's strange because the gel crinkled and bubbled up after the last coat with the wax additive. That's why I was inquiring if the...

    Glass and gelcoat compatability

Does anyone know if the seat-base is made of something different? it has a bad reaction to gelcoat. Also, I just found out this hood is carbon anyone know who made it?

    Blaster 1100 conversion build!

I'm doing it! Got the Kawi 1100 bones and need to rebuild it. What are the best carbs to run with these? I have Mikuni 38's 44's 46's and novi 48s. The most mods I will probably do to this is: head, dried out pipe (if that is a good option), and maybe slight porting and charging ignition if they...

    RIVA Race Engine Advice

I have decided that I am going to sell or part out this engine, and go in the direction of a stock tripple. I need to recoup at least a portion of what I paid for it. The crank is bad, but is standard so I listed the other stuff for sale. I can include a good used crank if Someone is interested...

    RIVA Race Engine Advice

Yeah, I like the way it looks so much that I don't want to wet sand it and buff it, but I did some touch ups with a brush and I found out Gelcoat doesn't flow. Now there are a bunch of spots that I have to literally grind down to get to the flat surface. It's like I put JB weld all over the...

    RIVA Race Engine Advice

Do you want me to measure from where the port opening starts on the sleeve or the cylinder. The transfers are angled and it makes a 2+mm difference.

Really? The cylinders and cases look to be decked. The cylinders a lot

    Glass and gelcoat compatability

It's really light and feels like half the weight of a stock hood. That's why I robbed it off the mod hull. The hull I pulled it from is bad;$$, but I didn't want to deal with the laminating issues right now. Right after that pic I removed the hardware with a mini impact and blew the serts to...

Edit: 35.5 +- .5mm from top of cylinder to top of exhaust port 70.5 +- .5mm to bottom. 55 +- .5mm from the top of transfer ports and 72 +- .5mm to bottom

Yeah man they are really nice. Definitely the nicest motor I've ever had! I really want to run it as all I would need is a crank and wrist-pin to get it back into shape. I paid a good amount for it, so I would definitely like to get it running in my B1 as a pump gas setup if possible.

    Glass and gelcoat compatability

What the heck is the seat base made of? I sanded that thing down past the purple in some areas and the gel reacted bad! All the other parts are ok, but the seat base is crap.
