    It is possible to insert a spacer between manifold and header pipe, using 2 x gaskets, care needs to be taken around header pipe and it touching the manifold lower down to prevent stress - also material may need to be removed from inner side of header pipe, lots of work but can be done - I will...

    37cc is quite large, I would say 35cc should be fine with good fuel ( approx 180psi cranking pressure,) 33cc you need good fuel and not hold throttle wide open (more freestyle) and should give around 200psi cranking 28cc is race gas territory as with all these things there are so many...
