the third one sounds like it has an exhaust leak. check all your exhaust hoses. there shouldnt be any smoke in the engine compartment.

what kind of pipe? are you putting anything on it before you install the hose? ie, silicone spray, wd-40? try cleaning the surfaces of the hose that contacts the pipe with carb cleaner or brake cleaner, then wipe the inside surface really well. you can also use a little sandpaper to roughen up...

could be start stop switch also. ive had a very similar problem, and that what it turned out to be. the connections were getting corroded.
