i am 5'8 and i cut 2 inches but most likely going to have to cut 2 more off the tubes ! they push you back to far in the tray makes it ride to nose high also mine gets water in but not that much ! my scupper works pretty good compaired to older style ones

you need to cut your pole tubes down if you have not yet!you said you sealed your scupper is that to say it is sealed shut? also that pin system is just to hold hood in place you need to install the hood strap!it will crank it down tighter

you dont have to grind that much dry fit and grind accordingly put pipe on and pull out powervalve by hand, where it touches grind then keep testing until clears! you will not break through into water jacket plenty room

i disagree that all their skis are easy to ride and you can adjust the electrical map for lot less horse power until you grow into it instead of spending 8g on superjet than sell it and spend 15000 later on !this is great idea hope it all works out!
