i had same issue on my modded sj went with 2.o ns and 80 spring i tried 95 and slowly cut off 1 coil at a time to see if would work nope it didnt ! low jet sounds ok but if your pop off is lower then mite be to rich could change the jet little smaller

i have the 1107 get about 40 to 50 min out of 5 gallons with dasa 48 with 46s you should be little over hour but depends how hard you ride ! but with the freak i think you should be ok power wise with the 967 most likely you will need like a 12/17 or 13/18 in that range i would guess
