it wont matter at all. the baffle inside is not directional and the inlet and outlet pipes arent different enough to matter. ive cut many of these boxes open to play with the baffling and re weld in different shapes etc.

go to your local composites supply shop and bring it in. easy repair you can do yourself for just a few dollars. Likely will be someone in the shop that oculd do the repair for you if you really dont want to mess with it.
