Turf the rails for sure. Try coming off a wave and landing on a side rail with no turf. It happened to me and cut my leg wide open. Not fun.

Here is my new turf work. Had white turf on an older 650sx that I rode the hell out of and still looked new after a few years.

X2 on the Solas pump. Just put one in and rode last week. Hits hard over stock. 4lbs heaver then the Skat but it is at the back of the ski. You will never notice the difference.

Thanks Guys, Got it installed today. I was surprised that mine came with a Impros metal adapter but the fit was very very tight. Had to do a little machining for it to fit. Thought it would be a plug a play but it never goes that way. First ride is tomorrow. Can't wait.

Guy's, I have a new assembled Solas 144 Mag coming tomorrow. I have seen some guys say that the new Solas stator will not match up well with the OEM housing. Is a spacer or oring really needed or can I put a bead of silicone around around it?. I will also be putting up for sale my new OEM...

X2 on the Acetone. I use a heat gun first and peal back the stickers. Then Acetone to clean the rest of the glue off.

Suggestion, If I'm running Castor 927 on a just built Big Bore 850 what ratio should I have. They recommend between 32:1-60:1. Most guys look like they are at 32:1-40:1. I'm thinking 50:1?.
