i made plates to fit the bottom and welded them all in. no pics sold the motor

if you bolt the motor all together with a crank and all you can weld the bottom case with out warping it. i have one the someone epoxy the bottom and it all started falling off. i sand blasted all the crap off made up small plates and welded it all up . no issues.

somewere out there is my fx1 and it has this same setup in it. did it 10 15 years ago works good.

what he said^ the head does not really matter unless you go crazy high compression. you should be running his ^jetting in thr 1st place. the raiders are super lean in stock form already.the next question is where are you? sea level ? fresh water?

Check your fuel. There is no reason for that setup to be burning pistons. It is way big on the main jet size .

Kind of weird that it would run so long and then burn both pistons due to a waterbox that was in there for the 1st 49 1/2 hours with no issues.hows that work ?

If it was a set up issue it would of never made it 50 hours and then blow up.somthing is wrong somewhere. I would lose the fuel valve for starters. The needles are 2.0s with an 80 gram spring. We have many of this set up running with no issues.
