if you bolt the motor all together with a crank and all you can weld the bottom case with out warping it. i have one the someone epoxy the bottom and it all started falling off. i sand blasted all the crap off made up small plates and welded it all up . no issues.
what he said^ the head does not really matter unless you go crazy high compression. you should be running his ^jetting in thr 1st place. the raiders are super lean in stock form already.the next question is where are you? sea level ? fresh water?
losts of riding in not so good waves to be ready for the days when the good stuff shows up. these guys put in the the work this year to get to this level .

Rag tag freeride has 20 people and 2 houses rented for this event . We're going ! Going to make the best of what we got to work with. I'm a backflip the poop out of what ever waves I can find!
Kind of weird that it would run so long and then burn both pistons due to a waterbox that was in there for the 1st 49 1/2 hours with no issues.hows that work ?
If it was a set up issue it would of never made it 50 hours and then blow up.somthing is wrong somewhere. I would lose the fuel valve for starters.
The needles are 2.0s with an 80 gram spring.
We have many of this set up running with no issues.
