Need to know the diameter of a stock 650sx stinger pipe, the middle of the whole pipe with the rubber coupler connecting both... I need to know the diameter of the large end.

Tomorrow I'll clean out the carb again.. I didn't clean the return, I don't think its clogged, but it could be clogged enough to restrict flow at higher rpms...
Tried a new cdi and a new ignition coil!!!!! Still runs the same. It will run fine if I open it up for literally 2 seconds then it bogs down to idle and shuts off. Its not in limp mode as I can still give it throttle and the rpms will climb...
Just as the title says. I'll take it out, it will run OK for about five min, then won't go full throttle only half, then 5min later only quarter, then it won't go over a quarter for longer then 10 sec without bogging to idle or shutting off.

No I'm not merging a bottom case with a 61x top... Anyone think I can get really good bottom end power out of my 61x cases? I have a lot of porting expeiriance on kawi cases, and both yami and kawi jugs... Anything I can do for that bottom hit?
You guys make a good point with the bearing clatter, that's what I was afraid of... Its I can get just as good bottom end with the 61x whole setup then I'll stick with it. But I doubt I can, I'm sure its comparable when at the stock bore, but I know for a fact 61x cases don't cut it for big...
I could care less about the top end... Speed which I know is a advantage with the 62t cases though it isn't much... Group k says its a 4mph top speed difference which don't get me wrong is huge, but I know 61x piped and ported with a milled or girlded high comp head of some sort and the right...
