ok so i just crank down the bolts and it will hold? this is my first yamaha. im use to working on my kawi 750. couple little differences that i have to get use to. thanks for the help tho.

thanks for the responce but that doesnt answer my question really. is there some kind of bushing or somehting that goes inside the cradel mount holes to make the bolts fit snug.

hey i got a 93 yamha vxr pro a little while ago. rebuilt the engine and when i went to put it mount it up, i noticed that the bolts that hold the cradel to the mounts seem to be alot smaller than the mounting hole in the cradel. does any one know if there is some kind of spacer or something that...

they actualy are alot roomier than i thought by looking at them. but may be tight for some one who ares a thick boot while rideing.

so i can set them up basicaly as two individual carbs, and just spilt each line with a y?

thats what i thought but im confused tho bc both of my carbs have fuel pumps on them. do i need to block off the pump on the slave carb or nehting or can i just leave it as is and only use the one pump. or do i put a y valve and hook up both pumps.

do you happen to have a pic or something to show how you run the fuel lines with the dual set up.

yea its a 92 small pin only mods done are, a coffman rocket pipe, wiesco forgred piston, boysen reeds. other than that has stock bore, oil pump block off, and primer kit. the carbs are off a 96 sxi i beleive and are 38mm keihins, with 44mm intake bore. both have had choke removed. also does...

hey recently i bought a set of dual carbs for my 92 750 sx but im hesitent to install them im not really sure how to tune them to be exact to each other. how can i tell if one is giveing two much fuel or to little. also im not quite sure if each carb will feed only one cylinder or if it all...

ok so a friend of mine helped me out nd we got my jetting set. now for some reson i am haveing trouble finding the right flame arrestor adaptors 44mm keihin. any ideas on some sites ware i may find what im looking for.

do you think this would be a good upgrade for my ski? will it make a noticable difference? also i tried to look up the pipe that i have so i can find the proper jetting for it, but have not been able to identify which coffman pipe it is, it doesnt look anything like the ones ive come across...

im not sure what the jet sized are, bought the ski from some one and they said it was jettted when the pipe was put in. is there any way that i could check the size.
