Im excited, awesome to see a legit rtr freestyle ski come to market to help people actually get into the hobby/sport.
It’s been 7 years since I’ve had a freestyle ski and after having a kid there was no way for me to afford one until now. I can’t freaking wait to get on one and shred again!
Looking for a good condition sj gas tank. Would rather not have a faded or old orange tinted tank, aftermarket like a thrust or cold fusion works too.
Let me know what ya got!
Pretty sure XS ordered that foam straight from hydroturf. Like posted above it’s the same material as the pfp blocks. They would just get sheets and we’d cut them to our liking. It is pretty expensive though
I’ve been with XS for many years now. From the start when it was a huge team until now. Just talked with Pat last week for about Ann hour and plan on riding for him again in 2019.
There is always stuff that people don’t know, I was there when Chuckie was let go as well as Stoyer and I can say...
Tricky is the best at what he does. He has helped me more times than I can count and if I still competed would trust him with my skis along with Xscream
I’ve had both and enjoyed the dvx waaaaay more. The circus hull spins very flat compared to a dvx. Also it’s a very short hull in comparison to a dvx and I felt like that took away height from tricks. I don’t think any other hill rotates as good as a dvx or helium...just my .02
Baby steps with that trick...you can hurt yourself real fast.
First get use to flipping with your pole locked down and flip bars out. Then you should be able to flip without your feet locked in at all. After you do that a BUNCH of times, take one foot out, then next flip take your other foot...
His carbs are setup normal, nothing different there.
He went for the double first trick and didn't make it. Ski took in a lot of water and he couldn't get it started.
Came back in the second day and won moto 2 thou.
Rashid's had bad luck too this year. At kingscup his exhaust coupler broke...
Aaaaand what I think happened to Yamamoto is breaking the first rule in this new age freestyle...don't plan your routine.
If you mess up a trick in your planned routine it will screw with your head until your run is done. Unfortunately for him it was his first trick in the routine.
I personally...
I mean just the rotation speed on his doubles would eject 95% of people right of the back of the ski hahahah.
I saw it in person and when I see the vids it still looks fake
It's one thing to land a trick in practice, it's another to land it in a competition.
Was I impressed with Lees double...yes. Was I even more impressed that in 3 rounds he landed it 3 times first try...very much so!!
If it was me I'd want to land the same way Lee did, damn skis go so high now...
