TomSki Front Foothold - And Split Design - RRP Front Foothold

Finally got some tray time with my tomski ffh and it rocks! I can get my front foot to lock in just like my back holds do. Super easy to install and really comfortable. I bolted on mine so I didn't have to re-turf anything. Wound up doing some 9mm underpad on the bottom and front then turffed...

Freestyle Suggest a wetsuit for Northern California

I don't mean to thread jack, and I'm sure norcaltrd has a similar question in mind anyway. Any recommendations for a good 4/3 suit? Something flexible enough for ski ridding that isn't going to fall apart or break the bank... I've got a full 5 dive suit and you spend the whole ride fighting it...

What are you guys wearing for neoprene gloves?

Sorry to thread jack a little bit but I'd love to hear some details on the hand/feet warmers! I've tried 3mm gloves and in my opinion those are still too thick...

Freestyle What'd you learn this year, and what do you plan on learning next year?

I learned aboit how amazing surf riding might be (rode 4' rollers withoit a lip in a shallow lake in a wind storm), got comfortable being locked onto my footholds, and made my nose stabs 10x better. Next season I want to spend tons of time in salt and get flat water rolls at least 3/4th of the...

freeride ski engines, help pick one out

I think we need some sort of vauge/ballpark budget here. When you say save up some money we have no idea if you're talking about saving 3-4k for a JM BB or 12-15k for an xscream 1400...

    08+ handle poles

I'm running a RN hull w/RN pole and I took out 3.5" and am kicking myself for not taking more... I'm 5'8" for what it's worth. Edit: its a pre-08 pole and hull.

    Super Jet Pump/prop damage...

Yeah, props headed straight to the recycle. Chip in the wear ring housing is from one of the little tabs on the side snapping off while i was pulling the pump apart. I imagine the stator damage was from whatever took out the prop or a chunk of the prop. I'm just gonna clean it up and...

    Super Jet Pump/prop damage...

Somehow I managed to suck something up about 50' from shore, no idea what it was, but it took out the prop and did some minor pump damage. I'm gonna replace the prop but I'm not sure how much damage is too much in the pump. http://imgur.com/a/8wK1O There's some pics to explain what i'm talking...

safety side note, be carefull around the ignition with a CAT II rated meter, the voltages go well above 600v on the plug side of the coil!

    Super Jet Wet plugs

well first off your charge coil is out of spec, factory manual says 497.7-608.3 (@68*F) 2nd a spark pulse is not AC(its square wave-ish with a lot of noise and some miss-shaping due the inductance of the coil), so your not going to get a voltage reading off AC switch of a multimeter (you'd...

300/440/550 js440 just clicks but wont turn over I can turn over by hand! wut out startr, relay??

sounds like it could be the starter motor, the click sounds like solenoid moving the starter gear onto the flywheel... but it could also be something wrong with the wiring going to the motor as well. Just to eliminate the battery pull the plugs and try to start it. idk if this works on PWC's...
