That black in nose is just filler color to see how much i still need to sand. And that sxr had accidentally hit the rock...

To fix that hole in sxr i just take fiberglass sheet with gelcoat top and put some mould release in it and fasten it with screws at side of ski and then laminate it inside. And after that i took that fiberglass sheet of and put some glasfiber spackel in it. I wont paint that hull so i had also put some topcoat in that place and wetsand it to make it look brandnew again.

Now its painted!!!!

Long day at friday and saturday and we got that paint ready. With help of mine little brother.

Here is the pics... We just put one "filler" level of primer and im very pleased how good that front part is, remembering that it is done all by myself.

Long weekend again...

I got Footholds in place, also exhaust tube, trim line and another cooling line in place. 3 layers of topcoat at bottom + many hours of smoothing that and also some topocoat inside hull top of those reinforcements that i made. I havent made full reinforcement to inside because there is now big surf at here and i will try how well it will last and also it will be much lighter without those.

No there is full size exhaust tube.

I found some knicks at pump and also fill that "oldstyle" bilge hole at pump with Bondmaster Fe rapid and i think it is good stuff for that.

I also change that exhaust pipe place more center that that old one was and found out that foam inside hull is very good condition and not wet at all. Im thinking make some blingbling exhaust outer flange later.

I try to pre-assemble mine engine and find out that pipe and head combo will not work together. Have anybody picture of Riva drypipe mounted to engine?

I think i had to drill new holes at top of head to get those upper mounts mounted.

That head is Greater head.

Can i use stock head with that pipe?

I need some help now, what you think will be good starting point for jetting with Riva freeride dry pipe, r&d intake, 44 SBN:s and non ported engine with 35cc head.

Long weekend again... Im lucky because mine friends borrow to me their skis and i was riding at saturday. Other one is -08 superjet and other was sxr ... i love new superjet... Im big guy and im very happy with superjet handling.


I got something done also. I put drain to get water out of hull and started to modificate that pole and bracket to make fit. Mine first idea is put stock rn pole with stock rn bracket put that front part is so low that it is very tight fit and im now making that with stock sn bracket. I had to make some bushes an its done then.

Also i put some parts inside the hull and next thing is put engine in. Im waiting pistons and gaskets so it will be next weekend. I got also pump in its place.

i repaint that riva drypipe with some black hammerfinish and i think it looks now like brand new. Im very pleased right now. I had to also drop mine greater head to the machine shop to make place for lord mounts. I also clean all the oxidated parts with wire wheel and painted again... lots of work...

its that when working with ski that is 18 years old LOL

I also get mine new adjustable ignition box today, and now i had to think what kind of curve i will put on.

Is there anywhere stock curve for superjet?

Some work done again... i shorten the pole 40mm and also modify that sn pole bracket to fit with rn pole and also modify fuel tank for internal fuel fill.

Also some pictures about painted and clean motormounts.
