pull the pump drill and tap it, put a fittinbg in there and run dual cooling. i think your pipe was designed around dual cooling. that is why it has so many fittings on it.

hmm.. well like i said it did work before so it should work now. However would there be benifits to blocking one of the fittings on the head. since i dont have dual cooling. or should i spend another day and run a extra line?

Run the extra line. Just run it through the siphon fitting in the hull. When you clog up your only cooling line, the engine overheats and either leaves you stranded, melts stuff, or heats up everything so much that bolts start backing out because the aluminum expanded so much more than the stainless bolts.

fine. another day of work just pull the pump to drill and tap and pull the ebox to get to the 2nd hull fitting, pull the exhaust off polish it and drill and tap the manifold. On the manifold i just cap the middle fitting and drill one on each chamber?

maybe saturday i will get my turfed rails on and dual cool this thing

You shouldn't have to pull the ebox to get to the siphon line...it's right behind the battery. You can actually just drill one more hole in the manifold and leave the middle as is. Doesn't really matter too much where the water goes into the manifold, it all cycles around the engine anyway. Some manifolds have a center inlet, others have just a single side inlet...

Good deal. That's just one of those things that I thought didn't take long and can be a huge benefit if something screws up. I finished painting my hull yesterday. I'll post pics up later when I pull it outside. Pics in the garage don't do the paint justice.

I got my Team Bill pole today. So it will be painted black this weekend or thursday night and installed tuesday or so. My ski will be in the water next weekend. For the day of jetting.

I also decide i am putting my tubbies on so those are gonna be painted and installed as well. I am just waiting on my boyseen rad valves from member of the x. Then i will be set.

John, I bumped my jetting one size richer for the head. You think i should go up another size for the reeds as well? I have a kit of jets so i can play with it all day at the beach but let me know what you think.
