allright i can successfully see were your comeing from, ill go to a diet specalist soon, if you really think im gonna hurt myself, as for the 600 calories a day, ill stick with what i was doing before till i talk to the doctor and they tell me what i should do.Man I wish i was 16 again, I forgot how wise I was at that age, LOL.
I am unsubscribing from this thread now. I originally joined in because I thought it was started due to a thirst for knowledge about health and fitness and an honest want to better yourself. It's quite obvious at this point that you are only interested in lifting and not interested in personal health whatsoever and only started this thread to brag about how much you can lift without getting sore. I hope you get the girl, win the trophy, impress your parents, score the winning touchdown...whatever it is you are working towards. Best of luck to you. I only hope you come to your senses, broaden your perspective and start to listen to some of the advice that has been offered by fellow members before you do yourself serious and permanent harm.
In the meantime, there are several very informative threads already started about health, diet and exercise that will be more interesting and rewarding and more than open to receive you when you are ready to actually talk about health and fitness.
The last thing i wanna be is the kinda person that gets injured and cant get off the couch for the rest of their life without pain.
As for trying to brag, im not, im actually looking forward to enlisting in the armed forces when i graduate highschool [my reason for striving to be as strong as possible]
