Finally!
:thewave:
Why didn't anyone tell me that backflips are the easiest tricks ever? ancake:
Surf was about 5.5-6.5 feet faces.
I followed LBE's advice and wrote "Don't be a bitch" on my bars.
That did the trick.
On the first attempt I came out of my holds and got separated from the ski at the apex. It seemed like a long fall back down.
On the second one I was more careful to really lock my feet in.
I kept going up and hung in the air for what seemed like a looong time.
I nosed it back in and rode out of it. :woot:
Third one I came out of the holds again. That time, the ski hit me in the head a split second after I hit the water. Helmets are a good thing. That gave me a decent headache for a few hours.
Four and five went great, nosed them in and rode out.
