Your crazy dude...

I'm stoked so many BC guys gave watched all my videos haha. Sorry they're not cool like yours :( I'm just some poor kid in Alaska trying to stay warm.

I'm stoked there's more people like Steve getting into the business. Competition is good. Keep it up man. I'm also really glad you're not just bailing. You obviously know your :):):):) when it comes to composites. And I 100% know that most orders for any company in this business don't come from this forum. Do you really think I take ANYTHING on here seriously?

All I really meant to say is how surprised I am at how rude you are. It really isn't necessary. It obviously isn't killing your business. Congrats on the 20 order waiting list btw. That's actually really impressive and good. But even though I know you don't give a :):):):), it has cost you some.

I have two close friends that wanted to order Chans. They like most your customers don't come on here. After sharing all of your antics on here with them they are no longer interested. I can only imagine how many similar situations have occurred elsewhere. Maybe you'd be 25 behind all the time. Maybe 50. I can only promise you two.

So like I said I know that probably means absolutely nothing to you and you could care less about me and anybody I know and that's fine. I won't lose any sleep. But the most successful businesses in this industry haven't gotten there by being rude or by bashing others. Maybe you wouldn't have to work so hard and maybe you'd make more money if you tried being nice. Just a thought.

K. Can we move on now please lol. Bk is about to lock this tread up haha

Need a hull manufacturer section only that only the manufacturer can post in simply for info. Even if it was to require a subscription or yearly donation.

This thread is useless at this point it has more misleading and untrue things in it then a Obama speech

any thread with 1400 post goes astray............ Honestly, most WDK threads get locked after about 300!!!!!!!

Bit of Advice Steve, You are talented as hell. I also have seen what Subhard has seen, The Attitude you project. I know you well enough to know that you just speak your mind. My" Little Brother" (Wasteland) is being laid to rest on Saturday, you are alot like him. Very Little Filter. Step back and think before you post some. This would really help. I speak from experience, Sometimes I need to step away from the keyboard.......... Many people forget that The Mods/Admins are people to that have opinions. I have been jetskiing for 23 years now. A hell of alot longer than I have been a Mod/Admin. Been There, done that. When you made the comment about "Mods" post dumping, try forgetting we are Mods and that we are just like you. We have opinions, likes and dislikes. Honestly, After seeing your work first hand and riding one, If it was to my to my liking, I do not think I would have an issue buying from you, I can look past the attitude some, everybody is different.

Best idea I've heard today. The Feedback section is that heavily moderated, why not something like that?

Start a new thread, make sure the first 2 or 3 replies are your own posts before anyone else replies, then you can keep those 3-4 posts updated with accurate info and always refer people back to them. That's what Jetmaniac does with his master parts list thread.

why are people getting replacment hulls?

Steve has two hulls with 'issues' that he has agreed to replace under his 1 year faulty product warranty.

One is mine, which he used a different gelcoat that did not adhere to the kevlar in sharp corners. The result is chipping/ breakage of the gelcoat in those sharp corners, although the issue does not appear to effect the structural integrity at all, cause i've tried to break it..... a lot.
Steve agreed to replace it early in the season when the issue came up, but since its ride-able we agreed to do the replacement thing over the winter so I could continue riding etc. (to be continued....)

The other hull was Lawmasters, it was a glass hull that had.... layup issues. Perhaps not enough layers or resin, or maybe a disgruntled employee... either way it didn't hold up very well or very long and Steve agreed to replace it. While there has been a lot of back and forth between the two that has IMO delayed the replacement, I believe/hope Lawmaster will have it shortly.

Thats the short and sweet version. I'm sure anyone could PM either party and get the gory details if you cared that much.
