Rode a Backie Chan today in very choppy wind blown conditions. I was impressed with the hull... With a recessed front foothold I could see riding it in surf.

We are going to see.... Doing a FF that will resemble a indian shelter rock. These hulls have tons of room to work with . The problem I'm having is room for fuel.

I reeeealy need 4 gallons any ideas..... Looks like it may have to be custom . It should be noted I want the tank to drop in and out by just undoing the straps .... No fuss

That may kill the recessed front foothold idea.
Tem had a SJ tank melted and squashed into the circus. Otherwise maybe a 550 tank fits in the Chan, a Thrust tank but would probably still require melting... Bigger kart tank, custom fiberglass tweaker tank.

I am in the same boat of wanting more fuel. I am going to try to run 550 tank on mine.
