Custom/Hybrid Backie Chan thread of awesomeness...

I dont know about the rest of the country but I live in treehugger land and we try and keep the noise down around these parts. These treehuggers are closing everything down and for the craziest reasons to keep us loud crazzies off the water.

Doesnt steve work in a custom hotrod shop? Has he heard of a mandrel bender? One bend and no denting in the exhaust tube. Doesnt surprise me though seeing all the little corners cut on these chans. I guess pride is a rare commodity these days.
Lets see , pick up hammer and smash ..... or walk part over to bender ..... ? Does this mean all those people saying a big exhaust tube is a must had no clue? Or will those big motors in chans run better without the 40% volume loss. Or should we just shut up and say who cares like some people swinging from the taint?

I agree and care should be given. It's hard to motivate a builder who obviously doesn't care and has already made or stolen a bunch of people's money. I think this was a way for Steve to make a quick buck just as the last criminal activity he was busted for. Now it's time for him to take the money and run

since i did custom auto exhaust systems on and off for 20 years, i''d have to say, that is pretty pathetic. and mandrel benders are very expensive and very rare, but you wouldnt know that wb1994 mr only kawi 650 x2 guru. i cant even find one locally to use. you are the pot calling the kettle black with your hillbilly fixes. westcoast head with the stock gasket smashed in there instead of the right gasket. dont ever try and school me on anything.

I like how you say something wont work , yet youve never tried it and are proven wrong that it does work. And lots of people use the same thing. And if by smashed you mean torqued down then yes. I schooled you on that . And if I was a potential Phantom customer Id think twice about listening to you. You are obviosly swinging from his taint.

I like how you like to belittle people , maybe to make yourself feel better or something. Like the comment earlier about people putting 701's in aftermarket hulls. Seems duchey to me. I have no clue about mandrel benders ..... so what. I bet his shop has a bender ... right? Even if it doesnt have some pride and do it right.

Steve builds custom bikes for a living as well....Im SURE he knows where to find a mandrel bender. The bike frames just dont get hammered and smashed together.

you schooled me on nothing. you are a hacker mechanic. we are all hackers at times and steve got caught, just like you and your head gasket knowledge. if you think i approve of some of the things steve does, you are wrong again.

Do you have some everlasting source of these Westcoast head gaskets? Because they are hard to find...and a stock gasket works just fine.

I would say when you purchase the molds and rights to backie chan name the purchaser of molds may be responsible to reolace any contractual agreement steve hasn't fulfilled under the backie chan name

Why would someone have to fix someone else's follies if the molds were purchased? It's f*cked up so many guys got screwed by Trendsetterz, but should his mistakes fall on someone else who was looking to make a good hull better? I don't agree with that.

I do think it is important that all this negative but true information is posted in all these chan threads so that anybody that may want to deal with Steve can see how he really is

So Tim Judge is a hacker mechanic because he makes his own base gaskest when he ports cases? Your extremely delusional. Arrogant and a taint swinger.
