Billet Kawi Porn

Yep getting anodized. Im not to worried about the turnaround im still waiting on all other parts to start coming in. Today I gotta begin grinding into my hull. What mixture ratio do you suggest and what octane fuel. And any recomendation on propsize for a stock pump. The budget dosent include a magnum pump yet i gotta sell all my old 750 engine parts. Or if any other Stock pump from a different ski me and jeffro were thinking bout going to the jetski junkyard and looking arround for a pump of a kawi sitdown just an idea though i havent even looked to see if it would mount up

the sitdown 148 pump wont fit without big mod i have the pump out of my sxr with a skat trak 13/18 swirl cut back give you good deal $250 pump and prop

i wish i could buy 93 octane but cali only sells 91 you can get 99 but its like 8 dollars a gallon i have a pump from my sxi pro that i plan on using but put up some pictures of ur pump and prop if they are in better condition then mine ill bite nothing wrong with having a extra. I spent my day grinding out the my hull reinforcing the nose sides handlepole and bottom. I gotta make my sxi pro hull last a year in oceanside. MY luck would be to put an amazing powerplant then have my hull mangled he first time i land hard.

Yeah we have been having this stuff here in West Virginia that is similar but white and frozen. There has been snow on the ground for over a month now. I am sick and tired of shoveling my driveway!

Plus my garage isn't heated :( The skis are in the basement and it isn't the warmest place either.

I don't mean to NAG I came here instead of bothering kyle at work im sure im 1 of many many excited persons. Perhaps while ur waiting on those cranks you can make me a billet visa with the dasa logo and 3478 9845 0222 1111 with expiration date of nov 2010 this way it wont melt when i start burning it up on the other parts i need to buy for this ski

haha. It's all good bud, I understand.

If it makes any difference, I am waiting on a crank to start my own 16MM engine for the B1 I bought. It is frustrating.

I will let you know as soon as I hear something.

Our stuff is piling up as well. This is the worse it has ever been.

Maybe you should just start making your own cranks?

CW's does a good job and everyone gets behind, this is as bad as it has ever been though.

Normally DASA keeps a pretty good stock of cranks, obviously. We can't sell motors without cranks. It makes everyone look bad. We have burnt up most of our in-stock cranks at this point.

Cranks aren't as easy to build as everyone thinks. Phil is an expert at what he does and I'll leave him to his craft.

I'll stick with what I am good at, I have little interest in the learning curve needed to build cranks.

NOBODY LOOKS BAD!!! I do a lot of work on classic cars engine and bodywork custom parts and custom work takes LONG time. I had to order a 60s water pump housing on the engine in my picture it took so long that I forgot that I had ordered and 6 months later I got a box in the mail and I was like wtf and it was the part I ordered.
custom parts takes time.
