Got bored at work yesterday and decided to to make a exhaust exstention just for the heck of it ... Used the plasma cutter to cut out a ring and rolled a cylinder of thin stainless on the roller and by hand ... Welded and ground to fit inside my bob exhaust trim ring ... Made it like 4 inches long so that I can cut it to the length I need after its mounted and I see how long it needs to be ...

Here is with the trim ring around it ... Drilled the holes to match and bobs your uncle ... Maybe it's needed and maybe it's not but it got me away from my desk for half the day and that's always good

It's real close .. I'm working on the pole base/ bracket today ... Bob bracket .. ATP pole and pole bolt .. Blossion spring and spring block ... Of corse nothing wants to fit together perfect so it takes some finess

I wish I could but it was a one time deal I think ... Only place I have to do this kind of thing is work and if I push my luck too much I won't have that ... Lol ...

Understood , good luck with getting everything to play well with each other in the assembly process ! It's always a challenge especially when everything your using is aftermarket .

Thanks ... It's always a 3 steps forward 2 steps back process for me ... I try to think 4-5 steps ahead but I always miss something ...

Nice build. I bet you can't wait to get it on the water. We put ours in... Rode for 20 minutes then had to tow it back in. Good news was it was just the pulse line came loose... We were s&$@/-g bricks though.

Rode great... We really like it. Neither my son or i managed a full back flip, but we sure tried hard. We did get it running again and rode it almost straight for 6 hours.

Ok ... I've made some major head way in the last few weeks on this thing ... I'm about 98% done ... I got my motor .. Electronics .. Exhaust .. Fuel tank .. Battery and battery box in ... Actually I have had it in and then back out again and then back in because I'm an idiot and had a wire or two messed up in my ebox so that when I had everything done and hooked the battery up and hit my start button nothing happened ... Talk about a complete kick in the nards... Thanks to pat at patch motors I got it figured out and I've got motion in my motor now ... All I have left to do is install my pole limiter strap ... Fine tune my steering .. Mount my chin pad and poor some fuel in it and see what happens ... Hopefully all is well ...
