I don't have a good pick of my pole/steering for some reason..but I doubt it would work with a stock chinpad without some major fab work, I bought the complete kit so it all works together. Even the slim UMI steering needs some grinding done if you use the outer most adjustment point.

when you guys went to an aftermarket steering setup, did you have to mess with the stock throttle cable like, was it too long?

Ours worked we just had to adjust a little bit.....

No problems.....all you are doing is moving the pivot point so it creates a little slack but not much at all..

The bigger problem as usual is just tinkering to find center so you don't snap a cable due to the extra throw from your new steer plate.

No, take 5 minutes and drill a hole as close to nozzle as you can, then move the ball your steering cable attaches to. Free and should give you just as much throw as that thing.
